First it went well then after I verified the game integrity I could no longer open the game when I try to redownload the missing file the game says Missing File Privileges. It happened before so what I did is I uninstalled the entire game and redo everything again. Steam VR won't download. I have been troubleshooting this for 5 hours straight now with no solution so I've come here. It fully downloads and then says it requires an update.
